Applicants must have:
Expert Content Knowledge
Strong SAT scores in reading, writing, and math (or stellar credentials in specific academic disciplines for academic tutors)
Experience and Follow Through
Tutoring experience, a record of responsibility, and a desire to master the craft of 1-on-1 education
Passion and Dedication
A passion for teaching and an enthusiastic, positive attitude
Patience and Compassion
Patience and flexibility with students with different learning styles
Commitment
An ability to commit to working with us for one full year
